Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that M. Joseph Clement has been elected to partnership in the firm.
Joseph Clement is a member of the firm’s Business, Corporate, and Tax, Intellectual Property, Municipal Law, and Real Estate, Zoning, and Land Development Practice Groups. Mr. Clement’s diverse experiences include counseling municipalities and authorities in all aspects of their operations, public-private partnerships, guiding developers through the land development process, and assisting inventors with protecting and selling intellectual property.
Mr. Clement is a member of the Montgomery and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He received both his law degree and his Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) where he won the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property. While attending law school, Mr. Clement worked in the Office of the General Counsel for a leading manufacturer of commercial and military avionics and electro-optic systems and clerked for a well-respected intellectual property boutique law firm. Mr. Clement received his undergraduate degree in biological science from the University of Vermont.
