Ms. Blass began her career as a high school special education teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, where she taught students with learning and emotional disabilities, drafted and implemented Individualized Education Plans, and designed school-wide trainings on best practices in special education.
Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Blass worked as a Deputy City Solicitor in the City of Philadelphia Law Department. In that capacity, Ms. Blass represented the Department of Human Services, Philadelphia’s social work agency, in hundreds of hearings and trials related to dependency issues such as child abuse, neglect, and truancy.
Ms. Blass received her law degree in 2016 from Boston College Law School, where she was a three-year Public Service Scholarship recipient and a celebrated member of the National Moot Court team. She earned her master’s degree in Secondary and Special Education from Chestnut Hill College in 2013, and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 2010.
