Hybrid and flexible work schedules are available and encouraged, with the understanding that the selected candidate will be required to independently prepare for, appear at, and represent clients at various court and administrative proceedings (i.e., zoning hearing board, planning commission, district and county court, municipal meetings, etc.), many of which take place in the evening.
While this position will primarily be a municipal law position, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build their own client base and diversify their practice in other areas within the firm, particularly within the school law department in the representation of public-school entities. While the firm anticipates hiring a full-time attorney to fill this position, part-time employment opportunities could be considered for the right candidate.
