Feranmi Olugbenga-Jebutu received her law degree from Temple University in 2023. While attending law school, she served as a literary, research and writing teacher’s aide for the law school’s international students. She instructed students at Temple’s main and Shanghai campuses. During this time, Ms. Olugbenga-Jebutu also worked as a legal intern at Philadelphia Legal Assistance, assisting indigent homeowners who were in danger of losing their homes.

She was also a part of several different organizations including Temple Law’s First-Generation Owls, the International Law Society, the Black Law Student Association, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Olugbenga-Jebutu served as treasurer for the International Law Society and in various roles with Temple Law’s First-Generation Owls, including co-vice president, treasurer, and secretary. Additionally, she had the opportunity to spend her final semester of law school in Japan. While in Japan, Ms. Olugbenga-Jebutu worked with international and domestic attorneys and visited the Japanese Supreme Court where she spoke with the Justices.

Prior to embarking on her legal career, she earned her undergraduate degree from Drexel University as a Pennoni Honors Scholar. As an undergraduate student, Ms. Olugbenga-Jebutu studied psychology and international relations. While at Drexel, she received a certificate of intermediate proficiency in Korean.

Personal Interests:

In her spare time, Ms. Olugbenga-Jebutu enjoys reading books, volunteering, watching foreign movies and traveling.
