Justin D. Barbetta Elected Partner

Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce Justin D. Barbetta has been elected to partnership in the firm effective July 1, 2024.

Mr. Barbetta joined Wisler Pearlstine in 2021 and is a member of its acclaimed Education Law practice. He routinely advises school clients regarding day-to-day issues related to taxation and business, personnel, student services, and civil rights and represents public school districts in litigation from inception through appeal in a variety of administrative, state, and federal court matters.

Mr. Barbetta is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a member of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery and Chester County Bar Associations.
