Arin E. Schein provides guidance to public school districts and charter schools to foster compliance with the myriad federal and state regulations related to special education programming, Section 504 and ADA accommodations, education for homeless students, and student discipline procedures.
Ms. Schein has over 15 years of professional experience in the education and mental health fields. She is certified as a school counselor with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and is licensed as a professional counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Schein began her special education career as a behavior specialist at an approved private school and later worked with adjudicated youth. In addition, she has provided therapy to both juvenile and adult populations. Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Schein served as a clinical services coordinator at the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
She earned her law degree from Widener University’s Delaware Law School and a master’s degree in School Counseling from Capella University. Ms. Schein’s background in education and mental health, combined with her years of field experience, uniquely informs the legal advice she provides to clients confronting the complex legal issues that arise when providing educational services to vulnerable populations.
