Ms. Scarpone is a long-time member of the Independence Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She received her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University in 1978 and later received her Paralegal Certification from Penn State University.

In her spare time, Ms. Scarpone enjoys indoor cycling, barre and traveling.
