Nicole M. Danner advises and counsels U.S., international, and non-profit businesses of diverse industries in a range of matters encountered in day-to-day operations. Ms. Danner takes a uniquely practical, business-focused approach because she understands her clients are looking for solutions, not roadblocks.
In the data privacy and security space, she helps clients navigate the rapidly evolving data privacy legal landscape and mitigate their risks by developing data security and privacy policies, internal procedures, breach and incident response plans, and the like.
Before joining Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Danner served as in-house counsel for a global market leader in electrical engineering, electronics and automation. In this role, she provided legal services in such areas as contract drafting and negotiation, data privacy, domestic and international regulatory compliance, risk management, and intellectual property. This in-house experience provides Ms. Danner with a unique perspective and approach, offering practical advice to help her clients achieve their business goals.
