Wendy W. McLean represents municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and related entities in general municipal law and land use. She also assists landowners, as well as municipalities and conservation organizations, in conservation transactions including grants or purchases of conservation easements.

Ms. McLean received her B.S. in environmental sciences from Cornell University in 1979 following completion of an A.S. degree from Columbia-Greene Community College. She obtained her Master of Science from Drexel University in 1981 and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1990. At Villanova, she was a Managing Editor of the Law Review and was made a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, she worked for FMC Corporation for eight years. She also taught Land Use as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova Law School for three years.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. McLean is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Association, where she has previously held the positions of Vice Chair and Chairman. She is a Trustee of The McLean Contributionship and Vice President of the Paoli Fire Company. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Upper Main Line YMCA branch of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine. She is a member of the Blooming Grove Hunting and Fishing Club.
