On Friday, February 15, Adam L. Fernandez presented at the Estate Planning for Dummies (and Smart People Too) Seminar held at Montgomery County Community College.
Through the use of various fact patterns, we will be discussing the basics of estate planning under Pennsylvania law and addressing specific audience questions that were submitted in advance of our presentation. We will also highlight how philanthropy and leaving a legacy can be a part of every estate plan. Our goal is to provide our audience with the tools and information necessary for them to put their own affairs in order.
