On Wednesday, September 25 in Philadelphia, PA, Christopher E. Ezold spoke at NextFab’s “Ask the Expert” event for their RAPID Hardware Accelerator Program, a twelve-week program focused on helping hardware entrepreneurs jump-start their business by providing them with hands-on technical and business consulting. Mr. Ezold provided insight and guidance on:
- Employment issues for startups – noncompetes, confidentiality, contracts, assignment of IP, etc., and;
- Equity compensation considerations – deferred compensation, golden parachutes, phantom stock, options, tax-advantages incentives, etc.
