On November 20, 2017 in the Wisler Pearlstine Blue Bell office, M. Joseph Clement presented a seminar on the topic of preparing for and conducting hearings before magisterial district judges to a group of code officers from municipalities served by the firm. Topics included zoning enforcement notices, citations, civil penalties, settlement agreements, and witness preparation for hearings. A question and answer session followed.
