In Memoriam: William L. Landsburg, Esq.

April 24, 2025

William L. Landsburg, Esq.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, colleague and retired Wisler Pearlstine Partner William L. Landsburg, Esq.

A beloved member of our firm family, Bill was a tireless advocate for his clients and an outstanding representative of Wisler Pearlstine. For over 40 years, he concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning and federal, state, and local taxation as a member of our Business, Corporate and Tax practice group.

Bill was a trusted advisor to his clients, primarily family-owned businesses and individuals, seeking counsel in structuring their financial affairs and estate plans. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania, he was also a certified public accountant (CPA). For many years, he served as the devoted chair of our firm’s Charitable Giving Committee, supporting the communities in which we live and work through the Wisler Pearlstine Charitable Fund.

“Bill was remarkable in every sense of the word, enriching the lives of many through devoted service to his community and the practice of law,” said Firm Administrative Partner Amy T. Brooks. “He left a lasting mark on our firm and in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. This is a great loss for our firm family.”

The firm’s longtime Montgomery Bar Association liaison, Bill was recently recognized for his 50 years of membership and dedicated service to the Bar Association and Foundation. He leaves a tremendous legacy, both professionally and personally, and will be dearly missed by all of us here at Wisler Pearlstine. Our hearts are with his wife, Lynne, son, Mitchell, daughter-in-law, Ashley, grandson, Hayden, and the entire Landsburg family during this most difficult time.
