Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to congratulate its esteemed colleague Hon. Gail A. Weilheimer on her confirmation by the U.S. Senate to serve on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Judge Weilheimer is an alumna of the firm having previously served as a senior counsel from 2006 to 2013. Nominated in July 2024 by President Biden, she is the second former Wisler Pearlstine attorney to be confirmed to the federal bench after Hon. Louis C. Bechtle in March 1972.
“Judge Weilheimer has served the people of Montgomery County with integrity and distinction and we could not be more pleased to have someone with her exceptional character and judicial temperament at the federal level,” said Amy T. A judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown, PA, since 2014, Judge Weilheimer received her J.D. in 1995 and her B.A. in 1992, both from Hofstra University.
